Restorative yoga is designed to help student achieve relation, rejuvenation and healing in their yoga practice. It is a slow-paced class that focuses on stretching by holding poses for several minutes. Class usually ends with mindful mediation to help student focus on breathing, sensations in the body, energy flow, and letting go of personal attachments to achieve inner peace and calm.
