Class Description

Vinyasa yoga combines a series postures so that you move from one pose to another in a seamless way using effective breathing techniques. Class format varies from session to session . We offer Vinyasa classes as flow yoga (beginner -intermediate) and power flow yoga (intermediate-advance). Recommended Vinyasa classes: Gentle Yoga, Beginner Flow, Vinyasa Flow, Mindful Flow, Rhythmic Flow, Journey Flow and Power Flow.
